Hundred Hills Winery is a family run, boutique wine estate, created by Stephen and Fiona Duckett, who in 2009 set out with the help of the legendary Champagnois winemaker, Dr Michel Salgues, to search for the perfect chalk valley vineyard site in southern England.

Using 'modern craft' to minimally intervene in the natural winemaking process, Hundred Hills is at the forefront of a new wave of boutique English sparkling wine.
