The Parish Churches of Coxley with Godney, Henton & Wookey

This year we will be offering a weekday Lent Course written by Rachel Mann based on the film The Greatest Showman. The 2018 Golden Globe-nominated movie starring Hugh Jackman, about the founder and stars of the Barnum & Bailey Circus is ideal for Lenten study of Christian themes of hope, redemption and new life. Rachel Mann is a parish priest, writer, speaker and broadcaster, with a particular interest in the relationship between popular culture and faith.

We will meet once a week over the 5 weeks of Lent to watch clips from the film and to go through the course together. You don’t need a copy of the book to take part, but should you wish to purchase one there are copies readily available online.
